Place your order by 11 am EST on 10 December in the US, and 11 am EST on 13 December in Canada, to receive your purchase by 24 December.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation in your Bally account and via email.

Free Shipping and Returns

During the holiday shopping period, all online orders may be returned for free. Please contact our Client Services team should you require any assistance.

Contact Us

Our Client Services team will be happy to support you during the holiday shopping period and are available to assist between 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 10 am to 6 pm Saturday to Sunday. Our offices will close early at 6 pm on 24 November and 4 pm on 24 and 31 December and will be closed on the following dates: 11 November and 25 December and 1 January. The Client Services will also be open from 10 am to 2 pm on 25 November.
